PAY BAR
A popular option. We supply a fully stocked bar and your guests can purchase the drinks as and when required.
We can tailor our drinks list to suit your specifications, so please contact us for bespoke options.
This package is £400, which includes:
Fully stocked bar with the usual favourite drinks as well as cocktails.
Professional bar staff and licensee bar manager.
Glassware hire.
(If you require additional glassware for your tables, we can offer this service also, just ask for more details.)
OPEN BAR
A definite favourite as a guest. Fully stocked bar as above, but with a tab, you choose a set amount of money to put behind the bar and we can serve your guests with no cost to them until the tab runs out. Then you can either top it up with more money or switch to a pay bar.
We are very flexible and this amount can be as much or little as you would like and we will continue to serve the drinks until the amount is reached.
If you would like for your guests to just have their first drink free, a token system works well for this. You could give them out with the invites or hand them out on the day, keep the ushers busy! Guests tokens then entitles them to a free drink, (Which you have paid for in advance) once all tokens are “cashed” in, Then we will turn back into the pay bar service.
SERVICE ONLY BAR
This option allows you to source and provide your *own drinks, which we then refrigerate and our professional bar staff serve them to your guests.
The price for this is at an hourly rate of £20 per hour, per staff member. We recommend 1 staff member for every 50 guests.
